Our design language

Light is the subject. Everything else is silence.

A deity is felt before it is seen. So every Naalkanth artwork is built from light, one colour world and generous space, and holds a room without shouting.

01

Light first

One glowing source, the third eye, the dawn or a sunbeam, decides the whole picture.

02

One colour world

Each deity has its own palette, so you can choose a room by mood.

03

Silhouette and space

Profiles, open sky and soft edges leave room for your own prayer.

04

Quiet motion

This site moves like breath: slow light, gentle lifts, nothing that hurries you.

The three colour worlds

Dawn

Shri Ram. Saffron fire over violet.

Night

Mahadev. Deep blue and one point of gold.

Grove

Hanuman. Peepal green in filtered light.

Aa

Fraunces for headlines, soft and human. Manrope for everything you read and tap.

The Naalkanth standard

Archival inks

Pigment inks on 100% cotton-rag paper, made to hold colour for decades.

Colour-matched

Every print is proofed against the master so the glow stays true.

Careful framing

Solid frames, anti-glare glazing and acid-free backing.

Insured shipping

Rigid, tracked packing so your darshan arrives unharmed.

My story

I did not choose art. The flame of a diya and my mother’s aarti chose me.

Childhood

The lamp in the corner

Evenings meant a diya, an aarti and one picture on the wall. I kept looking at it, and kept copying it onto paper.

Discovery

The language of colour and light

I learned that a deity’s feeling is made by light, not just by the face.

Turning point

From art to practice

Before each major work I began to keep silence. The pictures stopped being for display and became offerings.

Today

Naalkanth Art

With new technology, the same darshan and the same clarity can reach every home. That is why this studio exists.

About the art

In devotional art, colour is a language too. Each piece can be read as well as seen.

What the colours say

Saffron

Renunciation, fire and sunrise.

Neelkanth blue

Infinite sky, deep meditation.

Peepal green

Shade, life and rest.

Golden

Divine light and grace.

How a work is made

  1. Feeling

First I decide what the picture should make you feel: valour, peace or rest.

  2. Composition

Posture, direction and empty space, so the deity has room to breathe.

  3. Colour and light

Each work has its own colour world and a single main source of light.

  4. HD master

The final image is upscaled 4x and sharpened so every line stays clear in print.

Questions, answered

What do I receive with HD digital?

A high-resolution file by email, ideal for printing locally or using on screens. It is licensed for personal use. Commercial use needs a separate licence.

How do paper and canvas differ?

Paper gives crisp detail with a matte or glossy finish. Canvas has a soft, textured look and needs no glass. Both can be framed.

Which size should I choose?

12×18 suits a pooja shelf, 16×24 a bedroom wall, and 24×36 a living-room feature wall. Use “In a room” in the customizer to see the true scale, or upload a photo of your own wall.

How long do orders take?

Digital files arrive within a day. Prints and frames are made to order, usually in 7 to 12 working days plus delivery.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours and we will reprint or replace it.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes. Share the deity, mood and size through the Contact page.

What does cancelling cost?

Cancel free within 2 hours of ordering. Before production starts the fee is 10% of the item value (minimum ₹50). Once production has started it is 40%, because each piece is made to order. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled, and HD files cannot be cancelled once delivered. Delivery charges are refunded if the order has not shipped, and refunds reach your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days.

How are delivery charges calculated?

By your PIN code zone, plus a handling charge for framed pieces (bigger frames cost more to pack safely). Delivery is free on orders of ₹5,000 or more after discounts. Orders dispatch in 7 to 12 working days, then take 3 to 11 working days in transit depending on your zone.

Can I save the images on this site?

You can see the artwork clean on this site, but any copy you save, drag, copy or print carries a large © neelkanth.art watermark. Clean full HD files are delivered only after purchase, under a personal-use licence. Reusing site images without written permission is not allowed.

How can I sell my art here?

Apply on the Sell with us page. You keep 80% of your art price and we handle printing, framing and shipping.
